If I hold left click and spin my mouse whilst in a mine will I get banned again?

This depends, if it looks like you are using a blatant nuker there might be a chance you will be banned. If this happens and you were falsely punished you could always make an appeal to get the punishment lifted. I would recommend not doing it but everyone has their own favorite method of mining.

I made an appeal and gave a gave proof of my pov and gave a replay file, I also recreated the clip submitted by staff and offered to screen share. Was just told to wait or buy an unban with no reason for why my appeal was denied.
