Factions Demonic Realm
This Demonic Season we have looked at all the feedback the community has given us, and have ran with it. We have revamped alot, added old features in people wanted, and over all did our best to create a season everyone would enjoy, while adding some awesome new updates. Hope everyone likes the changes we made this season of Demonic, crazy how we are now on season 19 of Demonic!

Factions Top
In total, we will be having $3000 in prizes. Here is the breakdown.
Each faction will be required to set a PayPal using /f setpaypal <email>. This is used to automatically pay out the top factions each week. The map will last 3 weeks including a 1 week grace period. There will be 2 payouts.

First Place - $525 PayPal & $150 BuyCraft
Second Place - $260 PayPal & $125 BuyCraft
Third Place - $150 PayPal & $75 BuyCraft
Fourth Place - $50 BuyCraft
Fifth Place - $45 BuyCraft

Herbalism Top
At the end of the week, the top 3 players on /mctop Herbalism will be rewarded. To gain herbalism levels, all a player will need to do is farm different crops, such as sugarcane. Here is the breakdown
First Place - $30 BuyCraft
Second Place - $20 BuyCraft
Third Place - 10$ BuyCraft

KoTH Top
At the end of the week, the top 3 factions on /koth top will be rewarded. Factions will have to fight fiercely with other factions to capture the koth and ascend this leaderboard! Here is the breakdown
First Place - $30 BuyCraft
Second Place - $20 BuyCraft
Third Place - 10$ BuyCraft

General Information
This realm is demonic/ evil themed.
We will be having a total of four worlds, with a total of sixteen corners
Note: A faction can only have one corner claimed at any given time.

Overworld: 10,000 x 10,000 border
Hell: 5,000 x 5,000 border with flat terrain. (Netherack)
5,000 x 5,000 border with flat terrain. (Quartz)
5,000 x 5,000 border with flat terrain. (Sandstone)

We will be having a one week grace period. The grace period will mean the following things:

TNT, Creeper Eggs, and any form of explosions are disabled.
Gen Buckets will work when enemy players are near.
Mining Spawners will not cost money during this period.
Illegal claims on corners will be removed.
The command /fps will be disabled.

During the first hour of the map, we will be disabling a few things to make sure the release goes as smooth as possible

Flying will be completely disabled.
The command /wild will be disabled
Everyone will be invisible at spawn.

Factions Information
All of the important information required for this map are listed below:

Players per faction: 60 upgradeable to 75
Power per player: 100
Alts per faction: 50
Force Invites: DISABLED
Buffer limit: 30 chunks
Cannon Speed: 3 seconds
Economy: Farms & Spawners

Factions Additions:
With the upcoming reset for demonic, we have looked to add many new features to our core plugin for the gamemode itself, Factions. One of the first new additions that we will be adding is a way to log faction kicks. People with the ability in their faction to use the logging system can now do "/f log kick" to see who kicked who in the faction. The new new command we will be introducing for the new Demonic map will be a way to set a faction discord. People will be able to set their discord with their official faction discord only. A player in the faction can set it using "/f setDiscord".

Factions Removals:
After a few maps of community feedback we have looked through what we all had in factions, and began to remove certain things. A few maps ago we had added a Faction Armistice system. For the upcoming map of Demonic, we will be moving away from this system, and players will now need to defend their base back to 24/7 once grace period is over. Demonic is a more larger sized faction based server, so this should help with the extra work needed to defend for longer each week. Then, we have decided to show a factions true online player count in the /f list. What this means is that from now on in /f list, it will now no longer show the faction alts that you have online and only show the regular players in the faction.

Punishment System:
After a lot of criticism for how certain situations are handled, and the different punishments for each different type of rule broken, our team has looked into revising this system. There will now be a new structure to the punishment system for Factions Demonic, and will be publicly visible to everyone to look over closer to release. We have also added a way to track your factions bans. When you do "/f bans" it will now show you everyone who has gotten banned in the faction that contributes to the faction ban count that everyone is able to see.

Craft Wands:
For Demonic, we will now be adding Craft Wands. A craft wand will convert specific items in chests to whole blocks. They will only work with ores and ingots, and nothing more. The converted items will remain in the chest until you either sell them or remove them manually. Converted blocks will be able to be sold with sell wands, so there is no hastle with needing to manually even remove and sell them.

KoTH Leaderboard:
We are always looking for ways to bring a new aspect of competitive PvP to the server. Factions has a lot of different things that require their full faction to work together in a PvP environment. To make KoTHs more competitive, we will now be adding a leaderboard to see what the top factions are in terms of capturing koths. At the end of each payout week, these top factions will also be rewarded for their efforts! The rewards from KoTH crates have also been buffed to reflect the new competitive aspect to koths.

Progressive Faction Top:
To encourage people to keep their spawners up for as long as possible, there will now be a progressive worth growth for certain things in faction land. Some of the things will obviously be spawners. When you mine these blocks or take them down; however, their worth will back to be what it started as. People who keep their spawners up for as long as possible will have an advantage over the normal people who mine every 5 minutes.

Enclosed OutPost:
With Castle now being gone, we have decided to re add the classic outpost to Demonic. It will look like it has in previous maps, meaning it will be our same classic Demonic OutPost build! Nothing about the capturing system has changed for outpost, it will still take the same amount of time to be captured, and neutralized. When you capture outpost, you will be able to go to the outpost shop, and sell different items for 2x their normal sell price.

Slicer Tool:
For the adventurous people who deviate from the standard cane harvesting, we will now be adding a tool that makes other types of farming more efficient. We will be adding a slicer tool, which can be specifically used to farm Pumpkins and Melons. This tool will be very useful when it comes to farming these different types of crops!

Enchanting (Simple Enchants / Max Prot 4 & XP Enchanting):
There will be plenty of improvements to the basic enchanting system as we move forward with our upcoming Demonic map! The first thing we will be doing is reducing the maximum protection down to 4. The only custom enchants on armor will be potion based enchants & jelly legs. Anything higher will be a rarity and super valuable. Armour enchants will also now be obtainable using vanilla EXP and not tokens anymore. ( Will still have tool enchants - xp swipe, obsidian breaker, harvester hoe enchants, fishing rod, etc). The custom enchants will be the basic enchantments, which give only a select few potion effects.

Upgradeable Sell Wands:
Each wand will have a limit to how much it cant be upgraded to prevent people from having unlimited percentages on their wands. In the enchanter, tokens will be used to upgrade your sell wands! In the last map of Demonic, they could be upgraded to 200%, but now they will start at 75% and cap at 100%!

Permanent Gkits:
We have heard your requests, and are now selling permanent Gkits! So for people who think they will be playing on Vanity for the long haul you will be able to purchase Gkits that you will keep forever. If you have any GKits right now, you will still have them & can like I said buy new perm ones that are balanced. Hope this makes people happy! :)

Revamped Vanity Pass:
People have long requested that we bring back our old style of vanity pass. For newer players, this means instead of doing challenges, it will be the classic grinding blazes for pass EXP. There will be a maximum of 50 levels in the pass for the coming map.

In the past these were more formally known to be vortex bags on Demonic. We have ironed out all the bugs in this system, and made them even better now. With these changes they have also been rebranded as a typical backpack. (This is purely for storing / selling cane)!

Harvester Hoes:
We are always trying to make the farming experience the best it can be for the cane farmers across the realm! With this new Demonic map we will be introducing new changes to our upgradeable harvester hoe system. The enchants for it have been reworked, and will have to be upgraded through normal tokens.
Possess (1-25) Increases the amount of cane you get
per hit.
Diabolic (1-5) Increases how fast you can move
every level whilst breaking cane.
Destruction (1-25) Increases the speed of which your
tool breaks cane. (haste)
Prophet (1-5) Has a chance to sell your inventory for
double its money.
Spirit (1-10) Increase the amount of essence you
gain whilst farming cane.

In season 18 of Demonic, we introduced a new fishing rod system to Demonic through our satanic tools system. Along with the harvester hoes, we have also decided to revamp a bit of how the rod system works. Some of the enchants have been tweaked around a bit. Upgrading the rod will still require tokens just like normal.
Angler (1-25) Attracts more fish to the area as to
which you’re fishing in.
Seven Seas (1-15) Allows you to catch a wider variety of
fish a lot more often.
Cast (1-10) Increases the speed at which your
rod casts.
Poseidon (1-20) Increases the chance of you
obtaining a reward instead of a fish
Tidal (1-30) Allows you to catch more than one
fish at once.

With more items being less common, such as higher protections, we have decided to buff the envoy system. There will now be new incredible rewards for players to obtain from going to an envoy, which can include higher and rarer armour.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed mobs dropping EXP when dying due to fall damage.​
  • Fixed people being able to place spawners in enderchests and playervaults.​
  • Fixed being able to /f drain people who have been in the faction <6 hours.​
  • Fixed flight to be re enabled when leaving and re entering territory.​
